EOS INTERNATIONAL is a 100% subsidiary of EOS Holding GmbH and bundles the foreign entities of the EOS Group, one of the leading technology-driven financial investors and expert in the processing of outstanding receivables. The group's core business is the purchase of unsecured and secured debt portfolios.

The scope of EOS INTERNATIONALs responsibilities covers classic topics in the field of investment controlling and enforcing the shareholder's guidelines. EOS INTERNATIONAL shapes the business model and manages the entire processes in this regard, starting with searching for investment opportunities, identification of attractive targets, developing bidding strategies in the context of NPL acquisitions and trailed by ensuring the onboarding processes. Once the onboarding is completed best practice solutions are transnationally identified and spread cross country in order to gain economies of scale.
